The project involves a 3,742 square foot renovation of a 1947 U.S. Navy building. Key tasks include converting four offices into flight simulator rooms, installing Swiftwalls around two simulators, refurbishing cooling towers, VFDs, and pumps, and replacing the SES cabinet. Additionally, a new ADA-compliant ramp will be added, restrooms upgraded, and a mothers' room and all-gender restroom will be included.
